Shipping
When will my order ship?
- Please see the item description of the product for shipping estimates.
Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes, you can change the country/region at checkout in order to enter in your address for international orders.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
- Yes, we offer expedited shipping for some of our products. If the item you are ordering does not let you expedite it at checkout, it may be unavailable for that product. Please contact us if you are not seeing expedited shipping options, and we will see if we can help you expedite the shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
- $8.99 standard shipping is available for any orders less than $99 within the contiguous United States.
My order is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Why was my package sent signature required?
- Orders over $100 may be sent signature required to ensure you properly receive your shipment.
Returns
How do I return my order?

How long do I have to return my order?
- You have 30 days to return your order for a refund, and 45 days to return your order for store credit.
Can I exchange my order?
- Yes, most orders are able to be exchanged in our Return Portal.
Are returns free?
- In order to receive a free return, please check the “Pay now to unlock free returns for $1.98” box at checkout. Otherwise, a $12 standard return fee will be charged for any returns.
How long does a refund take?
- Once a refund is issued, it usually takes about 3-5 business days for the funds to process back into your account.
When will my exchange ship?
- Your exchange will be processed once your returned item/items arrive back to our facility.

- Refunds and store credits are issued once the items arrive back to our facility.

How can I track my order?
- Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number. Please note that some orders may be shipped in split shipments.

Can I cancel my order?

What payment method do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, SHOP Pay, and SHOP installment pay.
Do you offer any discounts or promo codes?
- Yes, our current coupon codes and promotions are displayed on our website. You can also get exclusive discounts by signing up for our texts.
My discount code isn’t working, what should I do?

Do you have a Retail location?
- Yes, our store is located at 8220 Stayton Dr. Jessup, MD 20794.
What are your store hours?
- Our store is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 am- 6:00 pm, excluding major holidays.
Can I return items In-Store?
- Yes, Online or In-Store purchases can be returned within the Return Policy terms at the Retail location.
I saw an item online, can I buy it In-Store?
- Items online that have a shipping time frame in the description may not be in stock at our store and may have to be ordered in. Please reach out to customer service for In-Store stock inquiries.
Can the store hold items for me?
- We are not able to hold items that are not purchased.
I made a purchase online, can I pick up In-Store?
- Online orders may qualify for In-Store pick up before they are shipped. Please contact customer service to inquire about pick up availability
