Cute design, Runs large

I came across this cute, unique design and have a few other oversized tees I like, I thought this would work, but it definitely runs so large that I’d size down. I’m 5’-2” and typically wear a size medium in shirts, but the deep v on this shirt, and thin material make me a bit uncomfortable to wear the shirt on its own without a tank under it. I wish I had purchased a small. It’s probably best to wear a tank underneath anyhow though, because the shirt material is much thinner than I had anticipated. I got a white shirt with Navy sleeves. I kept it to have a decal applied for my daughter’s team, but would have like to have known about the sizing and thin material as I would have gone with a different option. Still cute/. But be wary of the size and that you may need a specific bra or shirt to wear underneath the thin white base.
