Great deal!

First off, the shoes are fantastic and everything I hoped they would be! No problem with the product received. It was as advertised. However, the customer service and shipping experiences were lacking quite a bit. I received an initial email confirming my order and told in that email that I would receive another notification when my product shipped. Technically, this was correct. However, what was failed to be mentioned on the company's end was that this process takes longer than expected, and longer than what competitors of this company are capable of. After contacting customer service, it took over 24 hours to get a response. Again, now within the same norms as their competitors. Sure, I would have paid more if I would have chosen to use one of their competitors, but I would have received better customer service and faster shipping times. That would have been worth the extra money I would have spent going somewhere else. I hope this company can implement this feedback and change some things around. I've noticed by reading other reviews that this is a very common criticism about this company, and it's concerning that this is such a long standing issue for them.

True to size

The AE 1 runs small by a half size and the on feet look is not what I expected. It doesn’t look good with jeans because it’s too sporty which I understand because it’s a basketball shoe.
